I would recommend viewing the car before placing any silly offers. The 106 GTIs are becoming a future classic, rare to find and especially one with genuine low mileage and in this time warping condition. This particular model is a non sunroof model making the car more desirable. The interior is immaculate… and i mean ‘immaculate’. The car sports the earlier type interior seats and door cards which in my personal opinion is the more retro classic 90’s style, even though the later models have the half leather alcatara interior and is extremely popular they suffer badly from wear whereas these seats dont seem to have aged one bit. I have recently bought brand new 106 GTI black carpet mats with red ‘106 gti’ lettering embossed stitched in them, front, rear and boot and this really adds the finishing touch to the interior. The boot is rot free, as is the under body. Unfortunately the car has had some welding repairs under the front wheel arches, which has been carried out to a very high standard.The underside of the car has recently been treated and under sealed as you can see from the pictures. The GTI engine has recently been fitted with a new cambelt, water pump and some fast road catcams although i still have the original standard cams which will be included with the sale of the car should you want to return back to standard. It also has a 4-2-1 heat wrapped uprated sports manifold fitted to the car, again the original standard manifold downpipe will also come with the car should you want to return back to standard. To improve performance and to support the above two engine upgrades (catcams, 4-2-1 manifold) the car has a Scorpion stainless steel exhaust system fitted. These three upgrades have really transformed the cars performance/throttle response and sound. The car has full service history/original manuals/handbooks and lots of other receipts/history too. The car has recently been fully serviced with a thorough inspection ready for the sale. The oil filter and spark plugs were replaced. 4 brand new recently fitted continental tyres and all professionally balanced. 2 front anti-roll bar linkages and offside front wheel bearing have all been replaced on the advice given at the service. service stamps1,273 199810,021 200018,000 200129,354 200458,338 2012 (cambelt/waterpump)64,859 201372,873 2014unrecorded mileage but reciept for parts 2017 (cambelt/waterpump)80,992 2019 (catcams fitted, cambelt/waterpump) So to recap the spares that will come with the car, standard camshafts, standard manifold and downpipe and also a citreon c2 rocker cover which people sometimes prefer to fit as an alternative to the one currently fitted. bad pointsbuyer will need to replace radio as i have removed mine so the car doesn come with a CD player. Peugeot 106 GTI Current milage is just over 134 000 and will rise daily as it’s in daily use. MOT expires: 19/11/19 Spec; – standard engine with standard air box ( I believe it looks cleaner)- Toyo sport 4-2-1 with full pug sport exhaust without the rattling baffles you hear on every GTI. – every single rubber is poly bushed including the exhaust rubbers – new bottom ball joints – recent driveshafts – subtly lowered with recent new axle which has no play what so ever. – Brembo drilled and grooved discs all round with recent brake pads – new brake flexis on the front and all brake lines renewed throughout – head gasket, timing belt, water pump and full service and all inlet gaskets replaced which was carried out as a precaution as I do with every one of these cars I buy, more for reliability. – JP4 covers which do leak but I have new gaskets to go inside – 8v alternator set-up cause it’s easier than the 16v contraption (alternator does whine and needs replacing and I will provide one it’s just beer bothered me)- new lambda sensor cause someone butchered it – new map sensor and all inlet sensors – new fuel rail and injectors with regulator – angel eye headlights which needs the wiring tidying in my opinion but all work as they should. – no welding work required what so ever. I’ve done this to a high standard not the quality you usually see. – underside of the body was stripped off all components, stripped of paint then wax oil undersealed and painted to match the exterior of the car. – new windowsreen- new sump without oil temp sensor apparently they’re out of manufacture now according to Europe carparts and I wasn’t paying £200 odd from Peugeot – comes with spare engine so consider this with collection of vehicle Bad Points – drivers door at failed and swung around which has creased the door – alternator whines as mentioned. – front and rear bumpers could do with touch ups to make perfect to match all other paint work,there’s no lacquer peel insight. – cigarette burn to passengers seat but otherwise very clean condition – brake bias valve is currently removed because again, they don’t make the spring which goes from axle to valve it’s out of manufacture. I was going to buy an in-line 60/40 just to get it away but Iran currently piped up without one and I’ve drove like this since February. All the bad points have been reflected in the price. Reserve is set at £2000 as that is what it owes me. This is my “best price” and I won’t budge cause I’m really not bothered about selling, I have far to many cars including another 2 of these so I’m whittling down the fleet ( you’ll see this on collection). Find a cleaner one for this price.. Cash on collection. This is advertised on other sale sites so auction may end early.

up for sale is my 106 GTI it has had a recent full service (within 400 miles) MOT untill 11/04/2020 prior to the mot it was fully welded in all the usual places and fully underseald (see pics) cambelt and water pump done 2000 miles agoBlue tooth radio Beilstein B8’s all round refurbished rear axle 4-2-1 manifold has been wleded due to crack doesnt look the best scorpion centre and rear section full enclosed induction kit also in the sale i will include a short shifter, new gear linkage rods and a set of NANKANG NS2R’S all with about 6mm of tread left on them. this car goes like stink and is great fun to drive, i dont really want to sell it but i have brought a work van and need to free up funds now for the bad bits, the car is 19 years old and does have some laqure peel, and the bonnet could do with painting. both the front seats are worn, some times the engine when cold runs lumpy at idle and low revs. i borught this with the intention of turning it into a track car but have a new business and my “toys” need to go £1850 ono Less

The conversion consists of agu engine with 02j 5 speed gearbox from a golf gti along with me3.8 management Mod; 1. K04 023 turbo from bam engine2. Custom lines 3. Ported chinafold manifold4. 3” downpipe and side is exit 5. Forge baffled sump 6. Brand new vr6 clutch and g60 flywheel 7. Sparco bucket set8. Omp steering wheel9.
